Once your payment is confirmed, your subscription will be activated and the details will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
If you have any problems receiving your subscription, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Refunds
“At EASYSERVICE TV we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. However, we understand that there may be times when our service does not meet your expectations.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within the first 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the refund.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for subscriptions that expire more than 7 days after the date of purchase. We also cannot issue refunds for IPTV subscription after the 7-day trial period.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the service has been abused or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
